We will add other important things to the framework agreement: How are work orders placed? How is the contractor's remuneration calculated? How is the work handed over? Do you have rights to the deliverables? Does the contractor's work involve the processing of personal data?
We will prepare a framework agreement that will protect you from the illegal employment, but at the same time provide enough freedom for a functional business relationship with contractors. And if you want to make sure that your procedure and other related processes are as low-risk as possible, we can also prepare a guide to specific steps to put in place (or eliminate) in practice to avoid the risk of a illegal employment, including a description of how labour inspection works.
