Prepare my employment contractsAmendments in the laws will not surprise us. The contract will contain all the mandatory elements according to the Labour Code and other features that may also be useful to the employer. It also includes the mandatory information document under Section 37 of the Labour Code.
If your employees create copyrighted works, such as software or design, we also make sure that the contract properly regulates the rights to the copyrighted works.

We need to know the basic conditions under which the relationship between you and the employee should work, especially what kind of work he or she will do or how his or her remuneration will be structured. If you’re interested, we can also conduct a broader review of employment documentation and internal (e.g. payroll) regulations based on an hourly rate.
We go further and ask for details you might not have thought of. Do you want to address an employee's copyright rights, what about a non-disclosure agreement, overtime or a non-compete clause? We can cover it all.
