At the initial meeting we will get to know the details of the investment, how much capital the investor wants to receive, what rights will be associated with the share and what the client's expectations are. If you have a signed Term Sheet or want to negotiate one, we can start there.
After the initial meeting, we will set a strategy together for the actual negotiation and key aspects of the contract.
Once the strategy and basic parameters are clear, we will start preparing the necessary documents. This phase includes the drafting of the Investment Agreement and the Shareholders' Agreement.
At this stage we always stand by the client. We participate in negotiations with the other parties' lawyers, where we defend your interests and help negotiate the best possible terms for the transaction.
