For us to help you purchase, transfer, or set up your own practice, we will particularly need you to sign a power of attorney. With a power of attorney in place, we will already be able to arrange most matters directly for you.
At the outset, we will be particularly interested in your idea of how you want to run your practice. We will then discuss the necessary permits and authorisations with you and together we will create a summary of all the requirements you will need to meet. If you will be purchasing an existing practice, we will obtain all the necessary information from you about the conditions under which you wish to purchase the practice.
We know the language of the health insurance companies and we will do the negotiations with them without unnecessary delays. We will create the internal regulations required by the state authorities (for example, in connection with the operation of the X-ray machine), as well as documentation for your protection, we pay attention to setting up contracts with your collaborators, we will prepare the working documentation and all documentation for working with patients. You will be boarding a perfectly functioning machine.
If you're buying an existing practice, we'll negotiate the terms of the purchase, draw up contracts, and make sure there's nothing left over from the previous operator of the practice that could hurt you in the future.
If necessary, we will also lend a helping hand in securing accreditation for the training of doctors and other medical professionals.
