My alma mater is the Faculty of Law at Charles University, where I received my Master's degree in Law and Legal Studies in 2022.
I practice civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate law and M&A. I also specialize in the area of commercial contracts. I gained my first experience in notary offices, where during my studies I first dealt with commercial law, especially with the establishment of commercial corporations and later with notarial executions. These practices naturally led me to advocacy, where I can now further develop my knowledge and practical skills and provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
My aim is to provide high level legal advice and contribute to the success and development of our clients.
