Employment Law

Immediately after graduating from Masaryk University in Brno in 2007, I started working for the Czech lottery group Synot as a corporate lawyer. In 2011, I joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal as an associate, where I worked from 2014 until 2024 as a senior associate. Throughout this time, my main focus was on advising on labour, employment and related regulatory matters, both for large multinational corporations and smaller companies.

I developed a liking for my specialism prior to my undergraduate studies, when it was already apparent then that every area of business and law stands and falls with people. A good employer-employee relationship should have, among other things, a clear legal basis and rules. At the same time, this area of law is undergoing a constant and complex process and interweaving of European and national regulations with the demands of employers and trade unions. And it is precisely this blending of views, concepts and the search for new opportunities that today's times offer for employers and employees that I enjoy so much about employment law.

What I do within the firm:

  • Employment law
  • Setting up relationships with contractors
