We always recommend that you handle transactions using our attorney custody, which ensures the safety of both parties' finances and protects you from potential risks.
We will submit a proposal for the entry of the ownership right into the Land Registry and we will take care of the smooth course of the entire procedure, without the need for personal visits to the Land Registry.

At the initial meeting, you will identify the property and an idea of the price. We will ask for basic information for the contract so we can provide you with a proposal. Mortgage? Handover date? Condition of the property?
We will save you the time you would have spent at the post office verifying signatures. We will verify the signatures at our office, over coffee or tea. We will arrange attorney custody to hold the funds, minimising any potential risks.
No one volunteers for visiting the office. We will represent you in front of the cadastral office and file a petition for the registration of ownership.
