Ever since I was young, I have been attracted to new technologies and the projection of science fiction into our world. It wasn't until I was in college, however, that I realized how many ethical and legal hurdles had to be overcome before they could be brought to reality.
I am a partner at SEDLAKOVA LEGAL and head the software law department. I specialize mainly in contract law. I always want to ensure that each contract fully meets the client's business needs and provides maximum legal protection. From drafting tailor-made contracts for the client, to commenting on foreign contracts, to the actual negotiation. I actively participate in negotiations and always try to ensure that the contract is concluded in a form that is advantageous to the client.
